الكوفية أعربت 98 منظمة وشبكة حقوقية عربية ودولية بينهم الهيئة الدولية لحقوق الشعب الفلسطيني حشد، في عريضة عن إدانتها الصارخة للجريمة النكراء التي اقترفها الاحتلال الإسرائيلي ضد أسطول الصمود العالمي، مساء يومي الأربعاء والخميس 1 و2 أكتوبر 2025، بعد اعتراض سفنه في المياه الدولية، والهجوم على المشاركين والمشاركات المتواجدين على متنها واختطافهم واقتيادهم قسراً إلى ميناء أسدود بالأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة.

وأوضحت العريضة، إن هذا الاعتداء الإجرامي يشكّل انتهاكاً صارخاً لقانون البحار والقانون الدولي الإنساني، ويستهدف مبادرة مدنية سلمية غايتها إيصال المساعدات الإنسانية إلى سكان غزة المحاصرة، الذين يتعرضون لحرب إبادة جماعية ومجاعة ممنهجة منذ عامين، ولفتح ممر إنساني بحري لكسر الحصار المفروض منذ عام 2007.

وطالبت المنظمات الموقعة، وعددها 98 منظمة وشبكة حقوقية ونقابية ومجتمعية من 44 دولة، الأمم المتحدة والاتحاد الأوروبي وكافة الحكومات المعنية بالتحرك الفوري والضغط على سلطات الاحتلال من أجل:

الإفراج العاجل وغير المشروط عن جميع النشطاء المختطفين من أسطول الصمود العالمي؛

وقف حرب الإبادة الجماعية ضد الشعب الفلسطيني في غزة والضفة الغربية؛

فتح الممرات والمعابر لإيصال المساعدات الإنسانية دون قيود؛

تنفيذ قرارات محكمة العدل الدولية ومحكمة الجنايات الدولية، لضمان عدم الإفلات من العقاب لمرتكبي الجرائم ضد الإنسانية وجرائم الحرب في فلسطين.
